  Took my daughter for normal sinus infection symptoms on a Saturday to Jonesville urgent care. They ran a strep test that came back negative. Sent us home with nothing even though she had sinus pressure, inner ear pressure, and green mucus (infection). Her symptoms continued to worsen so we took her to her family doctor early the next week. They gave her a antibiotic and she started to get better soon after. I called to see if they would consider a reduced or dropped fee since I now have two doctor bills for what should have been one visit. I got a sour attitude and no help. Would you pay for a service that was not completed?

  Charged me 3070.00 for the emergency room where I just sat there waiting for a bed to open in Statesville. They drew blood from me and blew my veins out. Not even 48 hours and charged me this much. It was not crowded there so I was not harming anyone by using up a bed while waiting. One nurse was nice. The rest of them were terrible. Asked for water and all hell broke loose. They threw me in a room and a cop came in there and man handled me so bad that the next hospital I went to asked me if I wanted to press charges. I was bruised all over for two weeks. Hell hole. Don't ever go there for help. I have the bill but thinking about suing them for it instead. I have plenty of proof of what they did to me. Sad when you go for help and end up getting hurt instead.
